Duties & Responsibilities
The Animal Control Officer shall be an appointed position and which appointee shall be responsible for the enforcement of Chapter 17 of the Bethel Code Book and 7 M.R.S.A Agriculture and Animals.
Said Animal Control Officer(s) shall be appointed by the Town Manager and shall perform under the direction and supervision of the Town Manager or his authorized representative.
