Cemeteries

The Town of Bethel has 15 cemeteries within in borders, all but five are overseen by the Town of Bethel. Of those 10 cemeteries only three have plots available for purchase: Flat Road Cemetery, East Bethel Cemetery, and South Bethel Cemetery. If you are interested in purchasing a plot please contact the Town Clerk at 207-824-2669 to set up an appointment.

The Town of Bethel Town Clerk at 207-824-2669 for Cemetery Information and to purchase lots. You will also need to contact the Town Clerk to notify them of burials, cremations and headstone placement. The Public Works Director works with the Town Clerk to mark out plots and headstone locations.
