2027 TAXES COMMITTED

The 2026–2027 property taxes have been officially committed.
We are pleased to announce that the mil rate has decreased from $10.72 to $10.00 per $1,000 of assessed value. Tax bills will be mailed to the address on file by the end of next week and will go to whoever owned the property on April 1st, 2026.
Please note that you will only receive one tax bill containing both payment coupons.
Tax Due Dates
- First Half: October 27, 2026
- Second Half: April 27, 2027
