Proponent’s Deadline to submit to municipal officials

The Town office will be open from 4pm - 5pm for Initiative Petitions. The deadline for initiative petitions to be filed with municipal officials is 5 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2026, which is 10 days before the deadline for filing with the Secretary of State. All petitions received by this deadline must be certified by municipal officials and returned to the proponents within 5 business days (Friday, January 30, 2026).
